      The automation industry is constantly evolving towards technologies allowing FANUC America Corp to explore cutting edge products in an ever so demanding and highly competitive market.

      Cons

      With so many different departments sharing the same roof, team work and company activities would be a positive influence towards allowing employees to exercise much better communication skills along with help eliminating internal conflicts between departments and employees.

      They have great products that work to solve the challenges of future manufacturing. The staff is pleasant and great to work with.

      Cons

      It can sometimes be challenging to work effectively with others outside your department on process improvement projects. Some departments prefer to use contract labor for extended periods.
