Pros

The benefits are really good.

Cons

Not much real training, you're ON YOUR OWN. No safety awareness/training. The management is focused on increasing the output quantity AT ALL COSTS. They do use psychological torture and mind games to get what they want. If they don't get it, they accuse the employee(s) of industrial sabotage and fire them. They could just train the employees better. Pay seems a little low. Meetings during lunch, so it won't interfere with output.

Pros

Incredible company to be a part of. Treats employees with respect. Long term employees as they have great management that manages and stays fully aware of environment. Great challenging environment.

Cons

I was there during a bad time in the industry and there were furloughs. Outside of this one incident, I believe the company does everything to keep employees employed and happy.
