      Great while it lasted, but people don't generally retire from FANUC

      Pros

      3 weeks vacation after 2 years. 4 weeks vacation after 10. Ability to buy up to one weeks vacation every year plus the week of Christmas to New Years off.

      Cons

      Raises and bonuses are not given out fairly and seems totally random at times. Let people get away with doing almost nothing and they get rewarded.
