      Pros

      Decent pay, managers and supervisors were nice. Easy work.

      Cons

      Outbound calling is terrible! No one likes getting the calls. Training was very quick without much substance, but the job was pretty easy to get a hang of.

      The company believes in their mission. Good benefits. The work place is very nice and includes a gym/weight room and child care. Company understands work/life balance.

      Cons

      As a smaller company there are fewer opportunities for movement. As a public company there is constant emphasis on expense management. While most supervisors/managers are good, not all are.
