      * FDM is a global company but has a small company feel which is great because it never feels like you're just "another employee". Everyone's impact on the business is noticed and celebrated. * Great culture - everyone's opinions, thoughts and feedback is always taken into account. * The internal staff genuinely care about starting graduate careers in IT. * It's a fun place to work.

      Cons

      It's not the most structured place to work so you have to be quite autonomous and responsible for your own workload. This is great if you're the type of person who likes autonomy and responsibility to make a role what you want it!
