      Great Opportunity

      Pros

      Great sense of community, good events, amazing trainers. They have really adapted well to the work from home environment. Really good at advertising opportunities.

      Cons

      Some of the courses seem like they are very rigid and not changeable and based on the UK ones, however the trainers are good at adapting the material based on the team. Have to be willing to sometimes work out of hours to keep up with training.

      Pros

      I undertook the Business Intelligence/Business Analysis stream and I really enjoyed it as it had a nice blend of theory and technical skills. Despite undertaking this program virtually the training was fantastic and I learnt a lot through working on projects with my peers. Additionally, the trainers go above and beyond to ensure that we understand the content. Everyone is so welcoming and they make sure to have catch ups albeit virtually. I am now on my placement and I'm really enjoying it and the FDM training has definitely helped me out.

      Cons

      The only con I can say is probably waiting for a placement, but even that isn't really bad since we train while we wait for a placement.

      Pros

      Access to some brilliant clients nationwide. Good employer if in a contract for two years and don't really need to deal with them.Learn invaluable skills during time onsite with a client.

      Cons

      Salary not the best, watch for discrepencies in pay. Being placed is a lottery, you are required to be geographically flexible so it can work out well where you are placed locally or you could be made to move to the other end of the country. Unpaid training period lasts a little too long if not placed early on in training.
