      Pros

      This company is not a scam, it provided me with 12 weeks of brilliant training and a great support network from all FDM staff which has continued since being out on client site working as an FDM Consultant. I would not be working for my current employer if it were not for FDM. The company culture is fantastic as well the opportunities available at FDM.

      Cons

      I have had a great experience being part of FDM and would highly recommend it to others. They work with 200+ blue chip clients and really help you develop your technical as well as professional skills in order to prepare you for your onsite placement.

      Pros

      I'm really pleased I have guaranteed employment for 2 years. The Account managers are always seem very busy with new opportunities and there are some great jobs with blue chip clients. The training environment is a very good atmosphere and if you have any questions there's always someone to help. FDM has already got me interviews for jobs and I haven't fully completed my training.

      Cons

      Whilst we don't get paid during our training the salary package once on site is realistic to the salaries in the market place for people with my experience, but a higher basic would be good.

      Pros

      Working for FDM has been a great experience for me. The commercially-relevant training instantly gave me credibility as a qualified IT professional. I have worked with some fantastic clients and had invaluable exposure at an early stage in my career, which allowed me to progress faster than expected. Most importantly I have met some great like-minded people on my FDM journey.

      Cons

      The initial training is very intense and unpaid, which can be a struggle, but if you can get through it, its all uphill there onwards. Also the fixed salary for the first two years is not great, especially when you are expected to be geographically flexible, but you learn so much in these two years and can command almost double in your 3rd year.
