      Pros

      It's difficult to say anything genuinely positive - I joined further to reading a huge amount of positive things - primarily from the self serving and self promoting 'directors' of this scheme. What I 'bought' was NOT what I was 'sold'

      Cons

      Just a torrent of excuses, blaming others and general unreliable information, which is broadcast on all wavelengths making it difficult to ever know what is going on

      Pros

      The company gives the idea that one will get the best platform for starting out as a new graduate, and although they do have access to a large amount of companies as clients, this ideology that is sold is far-fetched. However, their trainers are excellent and I enjoyed every step of the learning process.

      Cons

      A lot of people were forced to take additional courses while they awaited interviews to be set up etc. Quite a lot of people had no work lined up even after the 90 day limit they set out on their contract. Also, quite a few people were let off just before the end of their probationary period for absurd reasons, like, points on drivers' licences, deep accents etc
