      - Good opportunities to progress - Sociable with great events and moral - Fast growing company so always new people, new responsibilities, opportunities to learn new skills - Modern and innovative in approach and look - People who work here strongly believe in the business model and management understand that people are at the heart of this organisation

      A way to get you foot in the door

      Pros

      Exposure to a vast range of clients, especially in the financial industry. You are also taught the basics required to be able to walk into a junior role.

      Cons

      Obviously the pay is not good, you will not be well compensated for the job you do for a “client”, while FDM makes double what the pay

      - Friendly, sociable employees - International company with opportunities for working across the UK, Europe and New York - Growing rapidly providing job security and opportunities for career growth - Good opportunities for professional development - Supportive management team - Good employee morale

      Cons

      - No dress down Friday (would be nice!) - Starting salaries are low (possibly due to current poor economic climate depressing salaries across the board)
