A guaranteed commission for the first 6 months because they know you won't get anything on top of that.

Cons

Terrible training, condescending superiors, no clear benchmark for numbers. Steer clear of this company. They will bring you in as an Account Manager but you're actually a recruiter for the first 6 months minimum, mostly longer than that. The company has a good business mission, but the way they try to get there needs all the help it can get. Unless you are trying to become a recruiter and plan to stay there for a long time with no real promotion, I would not recommend this company internally to anyone.

they offer training so that they can place you onsite as a contractor with another company

Cons

you're locked into a two year contract getting paid 44k a year. they expect you to move anywhere in the continental USA, and only offer a 2k reimbursement check to help you through cover the financial burden. contracts can be terminated at a drop of a hat. the HR staff is spread very thin, and many concerns/ complaints/ things you need help with wont get answered for a very long time, if ever.
