We are surprised about your comment on low salary. Each year we compare our hourly pay rates t the market through a comprehensive analysis. Our goal is to be at or above market pay rate.       Pros

      I’m a line production worker at FGF Brands. I’ve been with the company for over 3 years and I have no desire to leave. The pay is decent, and management is tough but fair. In the factory, safety is the #1 priority. They don’t tolerate employees who don’t follow the safety practices. This has made some people upset, but it keeps the rest of us safe. I like my manager and I know I’m in good hands.

      It gets boring after a while. I like to let my mind wander.
