Pros

It’s not just a bunch of white guys running things at FGF. Most of upper management are a wide range of ethnicities and backgrounds. The company definitely goes out of its way to hire a diverse staff and make sure more than one perspective is heard and respected.

Cons

Not as much gender diversity in upper management.

Great people, awesome events, and enthusiastic owners. You don't get the same vibe from the owners that you get from other companies, no matter what size. Leadership is generally interested in your advancement and growth.

Cons

Some growing pains as the company continues to double-down on its vision. Was very little flexibility around working at home—assume this has changed recently.

The management team does a lot to keep the company on an upward track. Even in just the short time I’ve been here there has been a lot of growth and improvement.

Cons

I’ve had to work a handful of weekends in the past year.
