      Great opportunities to grow and grow yourself Get to work with and meet lots of interesting people and get some cool stories You are limited by anything but yourself

      Some things are out of your hand (Not knowing the reps that goto doors, etc…)

      Pros

      Permitting manager is a great boss to work for. Company always performing "random acts of kindness" to make sure employees have a good day like free lunch, celebrations. Work is not hard and easy to learn if you try.

      Cons

      Workload warrants a better pay. Automated raises based on time worked seem non-existant.
