The opportunity is there they give you excellent training, you can make allot of money, great windows, great installation I work for them for 18 months and had some family problems had to leave to take care of my Dad, Ur free to take care of biz and personal stuff, all sales guys are there to help you, one again great company to work for..

I like this position for varied reasons. I have been in management positions in the past where timely deadlines and constant meetings were a pain. In this position, I am left to my own devices, where the ability to work on my own is greatly appreciated. I am a self motivated individual, and I have no problem striving for personal goals without constant monitoring. I also like the fact that this job has an unlimited earning potential. I don't like to be locked into positions where the earning are fixed and limited, with measly annual increases. Here, the better I do my job, the more money I make, week in and week out, and the money is good. There are also many benefits, such as health insurance, dental benefits, 401k matching. I need all of these.
