Pros

Its a job I guess and that is about it.

Cons

Everything else. The people, the pay consistency, the training sucks, the office politics, the mind games, the people who have no other authority in their lives so they like to make people feel like kids.

Pros

The company is flexible and allows SOME room for growth.

Cons

Management is a HUGE problem.. Leaders are not organized at all and competition is valued much higher than the team work the so much preach about.

Thank you for your feedback. In the TAS position, there is some room for growth, as it is entry-level. Because this is not a traditional position, our leaders are trained and promoted from within according to performance, attitude, and professionalism. It is a performance-based or competitive position, which is why it is valued. Teamwork is on the shoulders of each group member to get along and apply training effectively- management should not be micromanaging each person who has the tools and practice to excel. If there is an issue with leaders, HR is a few steps away, or you should go directly to the director or VP instead. We always practice an open door policy and have open forums among leaders. Regarding other departments and their turnover rate- that is the nature of most of entry-level marketing or sales positions. Actual management qualifications may help but do not guarantee success, which is why a lot of our company's growth is attributed to promotion from within and continuous training and development.

Thank you for your feedback. Our Talent Acquisition team has a rigorous training period and based on performance, more responsibilities are shared with those that excel. If after training a team member needs assistance, it is offered to get the candidate to improve as long as the individual is coachable, punctual, professional, and motivated. The position also requires a keen attention to detail. You are welcome to interview with other departments.
