Thank you for your feedback. Our Retail Marketing Associate pay structure is designed to be performance-based. Most of our successful Associates earn not only the base pay, but several bonuses on top of it that are commensurate with their skills and talents. The program also allows promotion from within the company for promising candidates who seek management opportunities, which comes with a raise in base pay. Indeed- without our marketers, we would not have the opportunity to meet with our valued clients! Everyone in all of our departments is important - from start to finish. We are sorry that this may not have been the best career for you and wish you the best in your future endeavors.

Staff is friendly. Hours flexible.

Cons

Commission based job. Work crazy hours. Pay is not guaranteed. Work seven days a week. Split Commission with other co workers. High pressured sales job.

Thank you for your feedback. Our Field Marketers who are employed directly by FHIA do not work 7 days per week. They work 5 to 6 days on a set schedule. We do offer a safety net income for hours worked and offer a competitive bonus structure for individuals.
