      The people are great. Middle Management is very understanding and caring when it comes to work life balance

      Cons

      Upper management not some much a lot of micro management. HR here is mostly backing upper management. But the ladies are nice just complains about upper management issues gets ignored.

      Potential to make money, good training, Good people in the company

      A lot of false promises, expecting to you to work for free and nothing to show for it turnover is crazy
