      All Florida Home Improvement employees are on a first name basis, from the founder of FHA to all the new hires. With such a closely-knit culture, it is easy for employees to see how their work fits into the overall goal of the company. FHA management has all the knowledge/skills that you need to achieve your own personal success, and they truly teach you all that they know
