Always room for growth, a lot of companies lie about that. Flexible hours, flexible schedule and you can't go wrong with that.

Cons

No companies are perfect, always room for improvement, the time I've been working here nothing major that I would consider a con.

in store marketing is great for people who can live off 20k a year full time. Weekly and monthly bonuses on top for hourly pay.

Cons

Not much room for advancement or to move up.
