Great Pay starting rate was great considering I was a college student making a good $10/hr with commission pay

Cons

Millage on you car driving around to different stores, Does not pay taxes for you so you will end up owing the IRS at the end of the year. No room for advancement you'll stay at the same entry level.

Thank you for your feedback. Our In-Store Marketing Reps are NOT independent contractors; they fill out a W-4 tax form at the start of employment with our company. Tax liability must be calculated by the employee and changes to the form are allowed throughout the year. If not enough tax is withheld- according to the information provided by the employee- only then might an employee owe taxes at the end of the year. We do offer room for advancement to those that demonstrate exceptional skills and professionalism. If you do seek growth opportunities with us, please contact HR to discuss potential careers.

I love working at FHIA. for many reasons. First everyone one is friendly and helpful. Second, the training is superb and second to non. Third, there is plenty of room for growth and advancement. Finally, it is easy to see why FHIA, is a recognized leader in its respective industry.
