      Good pay, good hours.

      Cons

      Manager was extremely unprofessional. Regularly left to run personal errands, went to visit his girlfriend who worked in the store, asked me to leave my station in order to find prices on products in the store for him, and called and texted regularly about personal problems or to have personal conversations. No training was provided. Nothing was explained about the products. Had to research on my own. Manager ruined multiple leads as I was writing them by interrupting me to ask personal questions or have a conversation. I did not receive a pay check at all in my first month, and had to ask repeatedly before I finally got them.

      Pros

      The versatility in the day to day work week is ever changing. This is a career for people who think outside the box and enjoy interacting with new faces daily. We are not 9-5 sitting in a cubicle kind of people. This company is a huge family and we care for each employee as a family member....growth is done from within.

      Cons

      I only wish we were in more stores and events....We are ever expanding so this will also be achieved soon

      Pros

      FHIA has a unique company culture that centers on cooperation, which I know personally is scarce in other Home-Improvement companies. The extensive training that was provided allowed for my immediate success within the company. Success was also due to the helpful team members not only in my department, but the whole company. Collaboration is stressed throughout the company, and allows for everyone to be a successful Representative for the company. If you work hard, you will certainly be rewarded.

      Cons

      More team-building events would be great. The company has doubled in size in less than a year, so putting names and faces together is something that can be improved.
