They don't beat their employees

Cons

You have to be on your feet for 8 hours a day. It's not even like you're walking around. You have to stand in one exact spot for 8 hours. Upper management frowns upon you taking breaks to rest your legs and eat. They would rather you pass out apparently.

Thank you for your feedback. Our Retail Marketing position does involve being on one's feet for most of the day. However, employees are entitled to one 1/2hr break and a 15min break. We have more than one career opportunity in Fort Lauderdale and you are welcome to get in touch with HR to discuss.

Cons

slightly unethical business and sales practices, satellite offices receive little assistance from the main office, micro-management, wage disparity between male and female employees, lack of procedure and direction
