      Honesty is Best

      A Sales Person cannot ask for more than to be treated with Respect and Honesty from his Employer. That is how people are treated at FHIA. But, you better put on your "Big Boy" pants before you start working here. Because, you will be treated like an adult every step of the way. The Autonomy with this company is great. But you have to handle that autonomy responsibly. If you don't you will not be long for this job. Or I should say Career. This is truly a Career oppitunity. You, basically run your own business without all the backroom stuff that goes along with it. You honestly get paid on performance. It's as simple as that. In my opinion it is one of the best companies to work for. With an excellent CEO who knows the Home Improvement like no one else. Management here is absolutely the best. The company is always striving to be a better company.
