Pros

Opportunity to make decent money if you’re great at sales.

Cons

Odd hours. Mandatory saturdays if you want to become a manager. There should be a base salary that isn’t taken away from you if you don’t make a sale. Obviously no one wants to make 8 dollars an hour but it becomes daunting when you try your hardest and know you have to pay it back.

Thank you for your feedback. We do have other marketing and sales positions that do not apply a draw against commission. Bonuses that are not based on sales are not drawn back- that way, if one is doing a good job, there is still good compensation available for quality work.
