Pros

I started as a lead generator and appreciated the autonomy as well as compensation. Within a short period of time I was a department manager. I enjoy working with others and helping develop other's skills as well as my own.

Cons

I have not encountered any downsides

Field Marketing

Pros

Get experience in pure sales. You can make money from commissions.

Cons

Door to door sales. They don't want you to put that in their review, so you will never hear that from a current employee. In field marketing you do not get paid for doing your job -- which is to get the salesman in the door. You get paid off of sales...which you don't get to do.

Thank you for your feedback. Our 2018 compensation structure for Field Marketers has been restructured to be more fair with regard to sales conversions. We have multiple opportunities for advancement to employees who have a proven track record of success with us.
