Pros

FHIA is a "hard working" atmosphere. The employees that have been here a long time instill this into the new talent, and motivation is everywhere. The company is growing so largely, it really is impressive to see them scale while maintaining the quality business provided to home owners across the state of Florida.

Cons

Great structure, lots of growth opportunity, and well branded company! There is equal opportunity for everyone who wants it. They do daily training regardless of which position you work for. They play at a high level and encourage others to follow as well!

Cons

For some, any job has its cons and reasons why a company is bad. I only know i take control of the things i have control over and I do more than fine, for people who like to blame others for there failure, any job you go to is susceptible to negative opinions. I don't have any here.

Rewarding laid back work environment

Pros

Great work environment, a place where hard work is rewarded. I work in the call center and if you show up ready to grind you can make really good money here. If your main objective is to make friends and hang out while on the clock, then this place may not work out for you but I'm sure that applies to just about any call center gig. The CEO is down to earth and makes sure to interact with everyone.

Cons

There are none that I have to speak on.
