      Pros

      The company provides tuition reimbursement, has an above average retirement plan for the industry, and good leadership. Most of the employees are top notch.

      Cons

      The incentive plan is based on personal goals as well as department (shared goals). It's tied to the year end review process and quite awkward. I miss the days of just doing my job to the best of my abilities and not having to advocate for myself.

      Pros

      Great benefits and great people. Excellent community-focussed culture. This organization truly cares about its members, employees, and community. "Diversity and inclusion" are not just buzzwords in this company. It is ingrained in the culture.

      Cons

      Too much beuracracy. Slow to change, but is improving. There will always be difficult people in every organization. This organization, like every other organization, will not be the right fit for everyone, but the human resources department and managers do a good job at screening candidates for cultural fit.

      Super siloed and lack of trust between departments

      Pros

      Compensation and benefits were good, and they improved to match with other local businesses when employees spoke up about it.

      Cons

      Every department is siloed. Cross-departmental collaboration is like pulling teeth. Lots of unnecessary drama and gossip. Hardest workers go unrecognized.
