IT management is low caliber and not transparent. Modern work ethics are discouraged. Follow in CIO line or get out. Nobody needs new ideas.

With two of our Guiding Principles being Foster Collaboration and Drive Transparency, we strive to incorporate this in all our business activities. The Bank has begun to transition to an Agile framework, aiming to respond more quickly to change and providing greater value to our members and stakeholders. This is another effort to help drive and enhance collaboration and transparency across the organization.
