Thank you for your comments, as we continuously evaluate our Total Rewards and have been intentionally focused on learning and growth and the culture of our organization. We appreciate your feedback as we look to continue those things that we do well and improve in areas where there's opportunity. We continue to leverage our HR Suggestion Box; those submissions are reviewed and discussed on a weekly basis to help us continue to focus on ways to improve across the organization. In addition, feedback gathered from other channels such as stay interviews, focus groups, and ERGs, for example, is also discussed by HR and ODEI with management, resulting in related recommendations and action plans. Thank you for your comments. We appreciate your feedback regarding our Total Rewards, which we continuously evaluate. However, we are always looking to improve in areas where there's opportunity. We are a regulated entity which comes with its own expectations and requirements; however, it also helps ensure we are a safe and sound organization, resulting in a stable environment for our employees and our members. We strive to communicate with employees as much as possible and that has increased over the years with our bankwide intranet page, weekly news digests, monthly staff meetings led by our President/CEO in partnership with senior management and period HR/DEI News updates. Regarding training, we have a dedicated training and development budget for both technical and soft skills, which is set based on input from management across the bank reflecting the current and future needs of the bank and our employees.
