Pros

None- you get treated like a dog day one

Cons

Worst company that I've ever worked for. Leadership is godawful, senior management doesn't care, and hr is just there to gaslight you and make you feel worthless.

Pros

Nice technology and new office

Cons

Things were going fine up until last year. My manager left although we suspect he was pushed out. Company policy declared if you didn't get the jab they considering it a resignation and he was vocally against mandates on LinkedIn. Just today it's come out that it wasn't even tested for stopping transmission! Little late now. You can bet your bottom dollar they won't be apologizing! Accountability and responsibility are absent from our leaders. They have no idea about optics and how things like this can destroy morale and loyalty. If they can shove one of the nicest guys out the door, they'll do it to anybody. So much talk about emotional intelligence, empathy, understanding. It's all fluff. Now we're rudderless and feeling huge pressure from above, something we were shielded from before.

Change can be difficult and we understand that not everyone will agree with the decisions made for our organization. At the Bank, we have taken guidance from the city, state, and CDC into account to help us make determinations that prioritize our employees’ health and safety while ensuring we are creating an inclusive culture. We continue to approach our guidelines with thoughtfulness and care but recognize that evolving situations can be challenging to navigate, requiring patience and flexibility. Like you, we take great pride in our technology and beautiful new office space, as well as our award winning benefits, culture, flexible blended operating model and professional development opportunities.
