Nepotism is hitting the sky. Forget about career growth and promotions. Stay away from FHLBC’s MCS (Member Credit Service) department, horrible and incompetent management. They have no respect whatsoever for people working under them. Low pay as compare to market. No work life balance. Very stressful environment.

In Bank-wide employee surveys conducted over the past two years 92% of respondents agreed that they are supported by their manager, 95% agreed that the work they do makes a difference at the Bank and 83% reported that they are treated with respect, regardless of their hierarchical level.
