      Bangalore office space,team outings quarterly.

      Cons

      1)Some BU heads are mad behind work from office policy.Not even genuine cases are considered,there are no exceptions in case of medical emergencies even.There is lot of hypocrisy on the other hand there are some people in US who do permanent work from home. 2)Work and power are centralised.Only a handful of people do good work and rest use the products developed by them. 3)No Growth opportunities and everything is IP and work within the company is also not shared.You never get to know what is the algorithm behind the model that you are supposed to do. 4)All good works happens in US.Bangalore office gets patching work and low priority work. 5) Every decision is taken in the context of US scenario.No respect to people in India.
