Business Outlook
Pros
Good compensation & benefits, plenty of smart people work there. Pretty flexible work in the consulting practice. Reasonable work/life balance.
Cons
Rapidly changing structure, little static about the company at all, new vision statements come out regularly, and just rampant change on all levels. The San Rafael office is half administrative staff who have been there for a very long time and work at an easy pace, whereas the other half is a roster of rapidly changing players who seem unable to weave their collective intellect, creativity and acumen into any valuable cohesive fabric destined for success. The bunch of independent managers here don't make a great team.
