      friendly and relax environment, very stable company, people there are very friendly and helpful, company allows job transfer between teams/department even formal application and interview is needed. Besides, you also need to compete with outside applicants.       Pros

      Fair Isaac has a long history of hiring very bright folks. If you want to be highly challenged by the intellectual depth and agility of your associates, this can be found in pockets. Fair Isaac also has a very friendly policy toward telecommuting and work from home, very family friendly.

      Cons

      Company is struggling to find growth model after sitting on a cash cow in the FICO scores for 50 years. It is hard pressed to come up with another blockbuster. Because it is linked so closely to the banking sector, it is getting clobbered by the recent downturn. The worst part of Fair Isaac is really the mid-level politics, ass kissing corporate stooges will fourish and crappy projects get funded because of ideological correctness.
