      Pros

      cutting edge tech... used to have more :( Some middle management is good, it depends on who you get. stock price is really high. perhaps inflated? not sure.

      Cons

      Really poor leadership. Lacks communication on initiatives. Everything is an emergency and there is no prioritization. Resources are scarce and it isn't clear if or where leadership will fill recent attrition.

      Individuals must tightly manage their own work/life balance and take good care not to get caught up in a constant cycle of over-performance.
