You get to meet people from all over the world Some colleagues you work with are friendly and helpful Good if you like travelling

Cons

Management style is very much to push revenue at the expense of employee work life balance Financial rewards are non-existant unless you threaten to leave There is no leadership by example from management. Way too much office politics and relying on face value. You can loose your skills very quickly as the interesting work is always given to the same people Very non-microsoft centric
