      Pros

      There is a nice emphasis on telecommuting, the health plan and 401k matching were great. In some nice ways the company is stuck in the '70's.

      Cons

      The scoring company is paranoid and has taken on too many characteristics of a misplaced ineffectual algorithm that can't keep up with sea change in consumer behavior. Any positive ideas are rebuffed. Vacation time was not paid properly, half the company is on auto-pilot and glide path out.
