A lot of very smart people who care about making their customers happy. The core value of the company is “act like an owner” and it’s really true. This feels like a family business. Everybody cares about how the resources are used, how the money is spent, how people use their time. It’s all about efficiency and no waste. And at the same time, the company is engaged in cutting edge activity in software and analytics. Lots of AI patents and always exploring new frontiers. Great place for smart people.

Cons

Most of the company has option for remote work, so in person collaboration is a bit harder.
