Pros
Many people I came across in leadership positions lacked fundamental leadership skills . Leaders just push their employees to work long hours and offer no incentive other than you get to keep your job. While I did encounter some very nice people there who actually do real work (developers, DevOps, some project managers. leaders in general are highly unqualified to manage people. I truthfully couldn’t believe that some individuals thought it was ok to talk to me like they did! The sad thing is that people who have never worked anywhere else believe the toxic environment and pressure is normal. I felt sorry for a number of people on the teams. Long hours and extreme pressure for no thanks. HR team offered zero support when wrong feedback and reviews given my your manager to them despite of providing all sort of proofs for your work. Manager is highly unprofessional to escalate on employee without giving written or verbal communication to employee. I’d discourage anyone from accepting an offer with them given my experience.
