      Good learning opportunities. Some teams have very bad culture.

      Pros

      Opportunities to work on cloud tech involving AWS , kubernetes , docker etc in initial years . Great learning for freshers.

      Cons

      Lots of politics in upper management. If your manager is good at politics, then you will have good salary increments and bonuses. Otherwise forget about them. Shortcuts used always to overcome a problem, leading to poor product.
