      Extremely caring supervisors and friendly environment; exciting clients which include airlines and major travel destinations; delicious snacks supplied both by the company and individual staff; administrative staff very friendly and eager to help

      Some tasks assigned by mid-level staff (AAEs, AEs) to interns and trainees are insignificant with respect to the final product that clients care about, which takes up time that could be devoted to more significant matters

      Collaborative team across offices. Engaged, visible senior staff. Focus placed on morale-building and workplace happiness. Flexible environment, with ability to work from home as needed.

      Cons

      Hard to strike a strong work-life balance if not established from the beginning. Workloads can creep up quite quickly, and the always-on culture can be bad for a personal life.
