Pros

-most people are great with awesome personalities -well respected clients -offices all over the world -reputation is well respected all over the world

Cons

-no on board training -expect to be hung out to try by all superiors -work over 250 hours in a month and be told that that is not enough to prove you want to be there -low pay and they will not raise it for anyone -rare promotions -unprofessional executives -no standard reviews take place

Good "family environment" with really nice people to work with

Cons

Going through a lot of mergers and acquisitions while taking on more clients causing strain on employees. Compensation is pretty low for the industry
