LOVE my team. Great wfh policy. The DC office is quiet (some say it's dead, which is true, but I like the quiet). I enjoy the work I do, the people I work with, and I've learned a lot here.

Cons

I've had issues with innaccurate tax information, benefits information, and I've caught being underpaid on multiple pay stubs.

Opportunity for growth, trust from leadership (depending on the leader), autonomy, opportunity to build and grow junior talent and teams

Cons

Too much of management are micromanagers, some are bullies, lack of prioritization with clients, messy finance and promotion structures, lots of management is outdated and thinks only traditionally versus working with creative or digital teams
