      Learned but was stressed and wouldn’t recommend the company

      Pros

      Large company with lots of oversight. Was able to learn but only when I was being managed by a partner who took the time to explain things

      Cons

      Was originally managed by a manager who clearly never managed anyone before and also who didn’t share any accounts with me. She put me on a PIP because she didn’t see what I was doing and didn’t bother to ask the right people that I suggested

      Terrible Leadership and High Turnover Rates

      Pros

      Interesting clients and great exposure; great teammates and mostly remote. Really great PTO and holiday time.

      Cons

      Below-average pay, especially given the number of hours expected. Very little training and onboarding for junior-level staff (sink-or-swim). Witnessed multiple junior-level employees fired for 'low performance' when clients were lost. Extreme turnover rates. Junior staff in general, was treated with little respect. Overall a culture of indifference with the high turnover rate. Regularly experienced misgendering of transgender coworkers, would not recommend for LGBTQ+ job seekers overall.
