      Pros

      -FINN Partners is a nice place to work, and I have been here for years. Other companies contact me to try to get me to go work for them, but I stay at Finn because we have talented/kind/collaborative employees so I'm always learning throughout each work year and working with people I enjoy, we have interesting clients and work, and we've got a great CEO with clear vision, ethics, and dedication to both clients and employees. -I like the company's dedication to Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, it makes me feel seen and valued here.
