Low pay compared to industry; no 401K match

Burnout is common, as managers often shift their work and accountability onto junior team members. While claiming to be accommodating, management hinders employees from taking care of personal errands. Office conduct, vacation, and sick leave policies are not uniformly enforced, displaying clear favoritism. Witnessing others crying in the office is not uncommon. I've observed people advancing through immoral means like lying and manipulation. If someone flags issues to management about anything mentioned above or otherwise, management will turn on them.
