Decent health benefits. Some nice people. PTO (if you're able to take it)

Most things. Such a top heavy organization where all the work is put on more of the junior staff and senior leaders get all the glory. All the 'execs' do is acquire companies. Which doesn't help anyone and just inflates numbers. They need to invest in the people they have vs adding to the competition pile. People are just burnt out and over worked.
