The management offers good benefits to its employees.

Cons

This company's leadership is a failure. The only good thing the management did was offer me a good benefits package. But all other interactions with them have been horrible and unproductive. The managers here do not care about you. They will pass on the blame to the employees for their own awful decisions and actions. The lack of accountability from the management is ridiculous!

Good PR training - bad culture

- You will dive into work quickly, sometimes without being completely prepared but it did teach me a lot about the PR industry. at my new job I feel ahead of a lot of the same people in my current position - there are good people at FINN who really care about your emotional well being, its just not emphasized from the top down

Cons

- senior leadership is an exclusive gossip team of people who have been in the industry for too long and don't care about junior staff as long as they are putting out work - managing director chooses favorites and makes it known amongst the company, if you are not a favorite, you have to fight to get a review done/promotion/get switched on accounts - zero work life balance, you are expected to be on 100% of the time even outside of work hours and on PTO days. - senior leadership promises that there will be changes made to your accounts/people you work with but then fall flat to deliver on those promises - concerns about other coworkers' behavior is raised to senior leadership who do nothing about it, even promoting people who have written complaints about them - bad compensation for how much work is put in to jobs

You just hired a “senior” member of leadership with a troubling history of me too claims. Very disappointing. Do your homework before you hire !
