Pros

They spend a lot of time and resources planning internal games, meeting session and activities for "bonding". If you like spending working hours on these then this is a pro. But I find it annoying because I end up having to OT to do actual work.

Cons

The management play favourites, the salary range is below market and managers only delegate so there's always bottleneck on the bottom pipeline. Execs are overworked while the managers are all talk, no action.

Good vibes from colleagues, small team so there’s a bit of a family culture

Cons

Emotional bullying and gaslighting. Where one expects direction and mentoring, one might get mean and snide remarks. Not sure what direction is and where one’s career would go in this firm
