      Good learning opportunities but poor SLT and pay

      Pros

      Good place to learn with global teams and understand international comms, if that's what you're interested in. The tech, travel and corp teams are well established.

      Cons

      SLT based in the US seems out of touch with modern comms and disconnected from European offices. Low pay compared to other global comms agencies. There was overt favouritism in the practice I was in, to the point that bullying within the team was ignored. The team is overworked and has "no money" to hire the junior staff needed for proper infrastructure.

      Learned a little on how to write professional emails.

      Cons

      Pretty bad all around. No on boarding, then punished for not knowing things, unorganized leadership, had so many people above me it was impossible to prioritize tasks. Managers would make mistakes and tell their boss it was junior account executives fault. There was no one to complain because there is no real HR. It seems they overwork their junior employees so they burnout and leave, getting cheap labor for the majority of their client's needs. Account managers don't seem to do very much except take the credit.
